REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026 WILL OPEN UP ON JANUARY 3, 2025

The 3/4 year old class is offering children a first time experience away from their parents. Basic skills will be taught, along with learning important social skills and how to listen and follow directions. Most children in this class will be three years old turning four years old and attending another year of preschool prior to kindergarten. The children in this class must be three years old by September 1st. They must be toilet trained and be able to help themselves in the bathroom (wearing a pull up is fine).

I want to focus on things that are developmentally appropriate for each age group/class. The 3/4 year old class and the 4/5 year old class (Pre-K) will have lots of similarities in the things we learn but yet have different learning tasks to make sure the materials and activities are age appropriate and foster a joy of learning.  

The 3/4 year old class will academically focus on the following: practice writing their first names. Learn the letters and sounds. Focus on shapes and colors. Number recognition and counting.

This class will have fun themes to support the weekly letter of the alphabet that we will be learning. We will do things to develop fine and gross motor skills. They will be provided manipulatives, craft supplies, puzzles, pretend play, sensory opportunities, games, music and movement to enhance their learning. All classes will learn through singing, building, dramatic play, reading, and being creative.
