Hello! I am Ms. Emily, the owner and teacher at Blooming Bright Preschool. I have spent much of my life with children. I have taught preschool, elementary school (1st Grade and Kindergarten) and spent countless hours volunteering with children. I have always known since a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. Spending time with small children brings me so much happiness and joy. 

I graduated from Westminster College in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I have been married to the love of my life for 24 years. I have five amazing and awesome children. My children’s ages range from 20 to 10 years old. As a family we love camping and being in the mountains. We enjoy games, baking and vacationing together. I like to be outside, feel the sunshine and be in nature. I enjoy spending time with my hubby. I love the Christmas season and flowers of every kind. I like to travel and am always willing to go on any road trip of any kind. In my spare time you will find me planning our next family trip. Opening and teaching my own preschool is a long time dream come true!
